It is redefining possibilities by delivering AI-powered solutions that take the complexity out of everyday tasks and turn time-consuming processes into simple, efficient workflows. Our AI Hub is helping us harness data to create intelligent and scalable solutions.

We have ten Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which focus on the holistic well-being of our people - physical, mental, social, and professional. It promotes fitness, resilience, and camaraderie, helping employees lead healthier and more fulfilling lives, and supports individuals to find a healthy work-life balance.

Our groups range from such as Runners Club and Sports Club promoting wellness to The Readers’ Club and Toastmasters Club, improving skills and consistency. Our networks, including Cargill Young Professionals Network and Cargill Women’s Network, foster inclusivity, leadership, and collaboration, while Cargill Cares Council and ‘Aikyam’ improve social wellness by driving meaningful impact to the society and promoting oneness within the team.
