Rural Development Foundation (RDF)
RDF is working with a mission of making a lifelong difference through education and the philosophy that “teach a boy and he will educate hi sons, teach a girl and she will teach her family”. Cargill supports this 13 year old initiative that has leaped into 5 fully equipped and operational schools and a junior college across Andhra Pradesh. They have students in excess of 1600 and staff more than 150. Some of the alumni of the school are doing extremely well in their professional lives. RDF begets the culture of giving back to the society. Cargill and its employees engage with RDF extensively.
